Adding weapon damage configuration file

While playing with friends and this mod, I noticed that the vcc and mg42 are a meta for us, and the rest of the weapons have low damage. I tried to change it in the game files, but I couldn't find it. I would like to suggest adding a configuration file through which you could change the damage at your discretion.
