Adrenaline System

This might only be fit as a separate mod, but hear me out:

Add an Adrenaline (or some other name) effect when you are hit/shot down to low HP (>5) that has these effects:

• Movement speed is altered (faster or slower);

• Blur (nvm EnhancedVisuals has that already... wait, integration pls?);

• Aiming is shaky, perhaps a chance of reloading failure as well;

• Healing (or another separate consumable item) will fasten the decay speed of the effect;

• (Optional) After the effect has decayed, a slight movement speed decrease and slight blur effect is applied for a minute or so.
